This was a direct award via Crown Commercial Services G Cloud 14 framework reference RM1557.14 Lot 3 Cloud Support, meaning the contract is compliant with PCRs 2015. The contract is for an initial period of 12 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months at the authority's discretion. The annual value is £22,000 plus VAT.
