(4) Cancellation of Subscription
We operate on a rolling subscription process to ensure continuity of information. We will notify you by e-mail 1 month prior to renewal to remind you that your renewal subscription is due. We will issue an invoice for the next year's subscription 7 days prior to the expiry of your subscription. Cancellations in whole or part of the subscription by the user, must be done in writing by email request at least 7 days prior to the date of renewal.
Should you wish to cancel your paid subscription access to the site we will require confirmation via e-mail to: email@example.com and cancellation will take effect from the end of your paid subscription term.
When subscribing, renewing your subscription or upgrading your account by whichever payment method you choose, payment is required in full within 7 working days unless arranged otherwise upon invoicing. We reserve the right to charge you interest on overdue accounts in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
