To design, supply and install a fully functioning SEND Unit, which includes 2 SEND Spaces, 2 x Breakout Rooms, 2 x Stores, 1 Lobby, 1 Group Room & 2 WC's (one accessible) in the proposed location detailed in Appendix A. Including all associated works for design site works, and external works.
