To provide resources for County Durham's Supervised Toothbrushing Programme. This covers toothbrushes, toothpaste, toothbrush holder racks and delivery. The contract is to be let with an option to extend for a further 4 periods of 12 months each from the actual end date subject to Commissioner and budget approval.
