MWDA is seeking a creative agency to deliver a strategic behavioural change campaign under the Recycle Right brand. The campaign follows on from the implementation of the UK government's Simpler Recycling legislation, focusing on new materials now eligible for kerbside collection across the Liverpool City Region.
