Contracted solution to provide equipment support for the non-military Communications and Information Systems (CIS) technology used in the MOD's 'Land Rover Based Training Aid' (LBTA) training capability. The MOD uses the LBTA training capability to facilitate Bowman radio training. This training is conducted at 6 x UK-based CIS Training Providers.
