(4) Cancellation of Subscription
We operate on a rolling subscription process to ensure continuity of information. We will notify you by e-mail 1 month prior to renewal to remind you that your renewal subscription is due. We will issue an invoice for the next year's subscription 7 days prior to the expiry of your subscription. Cancellations in whole or part of the subscription by the user, must be done in writing by email request at least 7 days prior to the date of renewal.
Should you wish to cancel your paid subscription access to the site we will require confirmation via e-mail to: accounts@tenders4u.co.uk and cancellation will take effect from the end of your paid subscription term.
When subscribing, renewing your subscription or upgrading your account by whichever payment method you choose, payment is required in full within 7 working days unless arranged otherwise upon invoicing. We reserve the right to charge you interest on overdue accounts in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
(5) Copyright
All names, images and logos pertaining to Tenders4U or other subsidiaries of School Supplies Service Ltd are the sole property of School Supplies Service Ltd and you may not use these names or logos in any advertising or promotional literature without our prior written consent. Copying or use of these logos and/or any other logos accessed via the Website is not permitted without prior approval from the relevant owner.
We, together with our licensors, own and control all the copyright and other intellectual property rights in our website and the material on our website; and all the copyright and other intellectual property rights in our website and the material on our website are reserved.
